Summary:
Plan, coordinate, prioritize and oversee the work of assigned staff and operational areas in Information Technology's Desktop
services
and Central Services departments to meet customer demands and defined SLA's.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall management and direction of employees and contractors in Desktop Services and Central Services work groups
Provide prioritized work direction to assigned staff
Provide guidance and training to staff regarding work procedures, technical issues and special requests to meet customer demands and defined SLA's
Responsible for timely performance reviews and salary plan administration
Lead weekly Desktop Services meeting to review call log challenges, project updates and other topics as applicable
Works with other IT Managers as needed to resource active projects and transition projects to production support, as applicable to Desktop and Central Services
Maintains and publishes driver schedule
Responsible for development and execution of department standards
Responsible for planning and managing work unit budget

2. Responsible for overall management and resolution of Desktop Services IT Service Desk call log
Identifies and implements efficient IT Service Desk issue handling processes for team to effectively close issues according to defined SLA's
Participates as an active member of the Process IT Service Desk Sustaining Team
Manages 24 x 7 on call escalation for urgent Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Mobile issues not solvable by the IT Service Desk.

3. Responsible for meeting IT Audit requirements applicable to assigned responsibilities and staff
Supports and defines processes to maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and auditable requirements
Participates and contributes proof of compliance during IT audits
Supports technology used during annual Oracle responsibility review
Ensures Software Inventory and License Purchases are accurate, timely and in compliance

4. Manages and influences Rosemount's Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Mobile hardware and software standards, purchasing activities and current inventory
Maintains communication with company's standard vendors and participating on standards teams as appropriate
Contributes to a strategy to leverage future hardware and software advancements in computing, tablet, mobile and other applicable IT platforms, as business drivers dictate

5. Provides project management for Desktop Projects
Contributes to and executes projects involving the deployment and life cycling of standard hardware and software
Manages the lifecycle of projects that fall within the scope of the Desktop Services and Central Release groups

6. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
6 years of related experience.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at multiple levels with technicians, business leaders, vendors, users, project managers and business analysts
Must work well in a team environment

Experience leading projects and delegating tasks to team members
Experience leading and managing staff to attain set goals
Ability to evaluate and manage budgets
Knowledge of IT Helpdesk operations and challenges
Prior
computer
troubleshooting, analysis, deployment and configuration experience
Knowledge of Windows XP & Windows 7 Microsoft desktop operating systems
Knowledge of mobile devices and tablets in a business environment
Demonstrated experience in hardware imaging, asset and software license managementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
