We are seeking a motivated Business Systems Analyst with configuration experience who can contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives.
Configure, test, implement, and maintain business rules to configurable systems based on business process and organizational procedures.
Communicate configuration changes and system feature changes (as upgrades and new features are rolled out)
Provide support and triage for configuration system issues
Assist/support project teams with implementation configuration systems, including execution, testing and roll-out
position
is responsible for supporting the technology strategy, development, and implementation of new processes and systems. Role supports mortgage default functions, including collections, loss mitigation, and short sale. Technical scope focuses on workflow systems but spans technology platforms ranging from Mainframe systems, imaging, middleware, data warehouse, business intelligence and reporting, and ETL toolsets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2-3 years experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables associated with the analysis and configuration of applications.
Requirements and design analysis with knowledge of test driven requirements
Workflow analysis
Business rules, process analysis and modeling with linkage of process engineering to technology and process solution definition
Extensive experience preferred in:
IT system analysis and configuration
IT environment
System development life cycle with specific experience in agile development
IT standards, procedures, policy
System testing with experience in test automation a plus
Residential Mortgage with Default experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
