Job Description: Raytheon will be establishing a regional office in the Vicksburg, MS area to facilitate a team of subject matter experts, and other support personnel, who will support high performance

software application development and analytical research for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). This regional office is to be fully staffed by September 2013. The following job description describes the criteria for the role of Sr. Facilities Coordinator. The Sr. Facilities Coordinator coordinates a wide variety of tasks related to facilities maintenance, security, safety. Coordinates facilities construction, installation, improvement, maintenance and
repair
operations on all types of facilities and production equipment. Inspects finished work for quality and to ensure all work is accomplished in accordance with recognized, sanctioned building, fire and safety codes and specifications. May assist in directing work of outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment. Updates maintenance/repair records and reports status to management. Required Skills: 6 years acting in a Facilities Coordinator capacity of a high performance computer or data center. Proven ability to solve practical problems. Proven ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules and regulations. Basic computer skills and knowledge of programs MS Office Suite of codes to include Visio or related programs. Desired Skills: Experience working with Facilities Engineers and Vendor OEMs to define and address facilities requirements. Experience with design programs such as Microsoft Visio. Ability to work well with varied staff members to ensure requirements are met. Required Education (including Major): Highschool diploma. Existing Secret Clearance required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
