Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the recruiting process by partnering with hiring managers to identify top, skilled talent for our client. In this role you will also develop recruitment strategies to improve recruiting, hiring deficiencies, and reduce turnover. You will also be responsible for development of a specific recruiting plan to achieve required staffing levels. This will be achieved by employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This person must have the philosophy of finding the best candidates who will expand our client's business and enrich their employee culture while being motivated by running an efficient search that involves regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment to include: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation
Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Work with internal candidates on career path and interview preparation.
Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates.
Use a variety of recruiting tools and techniques to build an effective pipeline of candidates, which may include traditional job posting to common and niche sites, proactively sourcing, social media, continuous networking and other proven methods
Conduct regular activity assessments in order to proactively engage in discussions with hiring managers, to shift recruiting efforts, and adjust requirements
Assist with onboarding a new employee
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions
Education/Experience Required
Bachelor's degree required
5 Years of recruiting experience required
Prior experience working in a software company is strongly desired
Previous experience recruiting technology professionals as well as experience recruiting corporate functions required
Ability to recruit at all levels of the organization desired
Ability to interact with senior level hiring managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent
computer
skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
