This individual will be responsible for:
o Working with the management team to develop a comprehensive and successful Cisco Unified Communications architecture that meets current and future business requirements.
o Designing and implementation of advanced Unified Communications solution (IE Cisco Mobile 8.1 for the iPhone).
o Designing for future state of Unified Communications solutions including video integration, Webex Connect integration, and Microsoft Exchange integration.
o Working with Software Development team in the designing, support and launch of IVR scripts from conception to deployment. Also work closely with the development teams on systemization and evolution of IVR development for existing and future contact center deployments
o Advanced call route plan design and support to provide least cost routing
o Documentations of the Unified Communications system. Visio drawings,
job
aids, project plans, implementation plans, support handoff documentation for the support team.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
o Experience with Cisco Voice Technologies supporting a geographically distributed voice environment at an enterprise level
o Previous experience with Cisco UCCE Enterprise Contact Center deployments either in a design or supporting role.
o Strong knowledge of legacy voice transports such as ISDN, analog trunks, etc.
o Strong knowledge of MGCP, T38 and G711 faxing protocols.
o Basic understanding of WAN technologies including Frame-relay, MPLS-IP/VPN, and IPSec tunnels
o CCNP/CCVP are a plus! Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
