Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Implementation of Multi-Rig Drilling Program
Experience with horizontal and vertical drilling in traditional resource plays, unconventional plays as well as exploitation of seismic anomalies.
Negotiating Farm-ins/outs, Term Assignments, JOA's, Acreage Swaps, Pre-Pooling Letter Agreements, Joint Seismic and Exploration Agreements, and other Oil and Gas contracts
Negotiating contracts and oil and gas leases to acquire mineral rights
Resolving regulatory and title issues necessary to prepare properties for drilling, recompletions, and work overs.
Supervising projects assigned to field landman and permit brokers to meet goals and maximize our
position
in prospective areas.
Serving as a liaison between the company and other Oil and Gas Companies or outside parties.
Specialties:

Requirements:
3 - 5 Years of Oil & Gas experience with an operator
