Summary:
The Digital Production Coordinator is responsible for working with Clients to understand project scope, manage workflow and ushering projects through their complete lifecycle for all digital project requests, which in turn, supports all customer-facing websites and connected applications for Caesars Ent. and all of the Caesars owned hotel/casinos worldwide.
This is a key position on our digital marketing team that is critical to our success within digital channels. The coordinator manages 250-500 digital requests on a weekly basis. This role becomes a central hub for project information for both Clients and internal team members. The coordinator takes ownership of Client communications to ensure all requests are not only met, but exceeded upon. The coordinator is on the front lines of all Client requests and is key to building strong relationships with Clients and colleagues, maintaining open lines of communications and promoting a spirit of collaboration and confidence. This vacancy is especially needed to resource and to balance workload among the team. The coordinator role is critical to maintaining momentum on projects and keeping work from unnecessarily being routed to third party vendors.
This role supports the Digital Marketing team in the areas of request ownership, project management, timeline expectation, asset compilation, property
communication
, team efficiency, training and customer service. Responsibilities include the overall management of the design project workflow, articulating request requirements, compiling project components, interpretation of project goals and distributing them to the appropriate team members for execution.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
o 1. Monitoring digital projects in queue as they flow through multiple departments and proactively facilitating any actions or procedures deemed necessary to ensure timely delivery and a quality end product.
o 2. Manage and communicate requested task/project status at all times to both project owner and requestor
o 3. Manage the digital project workflow and processes of all submitted
jobs
/tasks from the properties/internal clients by interpreting/confirming goals, coupling project components, performing quality assurance and approving viable content changes in a timely manner
o 4. Manage the Digital Marketing task queue by distributing property and corporate tasks to the appropriate resources based on priority and the distributed workload.
o 5. Assist in acquiring the necessary assets to execute tasks, perform quality assurance to ensure that both job standards and property/corporate timelines are met
o 6. Coordinate meetings and training sessions. Compile and create reference materials and assist in preparation of support, training and presentation documents
o 7. Leads daily status meetings to ensure projects are on track
o 8. Maintain server, including file and asset organization
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in related field and/or related work experience required
o 3-5 years web coordinator / project management experience
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
o Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
o Experience working in an ad agency is desirable.
o Must be able to track, follow-up, coordinate, and update tasks accordingly.
o Must be detail oriented and organized to quickly access information.
o Ability to work quickly and accurately with limited supervision
o Must have an enthusiastic and positive attitude and able to work with diverse job roles in a dynamic environment
o Must be able to triage the escalation process and coordinate with multiple teams.
