Accounts Payable
Financial Gateway
Treasury
. Review fit for the following Modules:
Contracts
Grants
Maintenance Management
Expenses
Strategic Sourcing
eSupplier Connect
Oracle Supplier Network
eCatalog
eSettlement
. Upgrade PeopleTools from v8.49 to v8.53
. Implementation of new functionalities and applications including, but not limited to, the following: Work Centers, Pivot Grids, Mobile Solutions
Workflow and Mobile Approval w/ Delegation
More robust configuration to eliminate manual workarounds
Reviewing and re-developing existing interfaces and exploring opportunities for interfacing to keep systems in sync. Especially true with interfaces and messaging between HCM and FIN.
It is the intent of this document to outline a general description of the Project, the extent of
services
required, and the relationship of this Project to other work, and the agencies or other parties that will interact with the Consultant. The contents of this document are considered representative of the Project as a whole, but are by no means conclusive.
Scope of Services
