Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
computer
science or equivalent, with Minimum of7 years of experience.
Should be able to perform installation, configuration, monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of Sterling Connect: Direct.
Good to have known scripting for file name sorting & transferring to & from IBM - Sterling Connect: Direct .
Should be able to do UNIX administrative duties for Connect: Direct related purposes (UNIX : HP, AIX, Solaris)
Should be able to Perform administration on Windows & Linux for Connect:Direct related tasks.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
