Job Description:
This position has primary responsibility for providing support of local and wide area networks including general
administration and technical support, and has a working understanding of computers, servers, networks and various
operating systems. This position is also responsible for developing the skills, processes, tactics and tools to ensure
availability and reliability of the company's network across North America.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
computer
Science or Computer Information Systems required.
5
years of experience as an IT/Network supervisor or engineer.
MCSE and CISCO Certification required.
SAN experience (MPLS, QOS, VOIP) required.
Experience with WAN, VMW, and vSphere.
Experience with Cisco routers.
Backup and disaster recovery experience a plus.
SharePoint management experience.
PBX experience required.
Automated software/image deployment experience (Dell Kace or similar).
Strong TPC/IP, DHCP and DNS configuration and troubleshooting experience.
VPN installation and troubleshooting experience.
IIS configuration and troubleshooting experience.
Experience in planning, installing, troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft Windows.
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory planning, rollout, administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience in the planning, installation, and troubleshooting and administration of Lotus Notes 8 required.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall infrastructure for all North America locations that includes local and wide area
networking, telecommunications, database infrastructure , software applications and systems.
Responsible for documentation and maintenance of the above on SharePoint.
Responsible for all North America subsidiaries business critical data. Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly,
yearly backups and recovery of the data and the business critical systems.
Provide day-to-day management and support of the company's servers, workstations, networks,
telecommunications (mobile devices and Phone systems) including multi-function devices and printers,
software applications and software packages.
Perform day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for the network and servers including AV
server, WSUS server, SAN, and WAN systems.
Act as Level 2 help desk and work on
tickets
as assigned. Mentor and work with helpdesk team to help
troubleshoot tickets and walk them through. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
