For more information about Fannie Mae and our career opportunities, visit JOB INFORMATION Role is responsible for all aspects of Stakeholder Relationship Management for the Securitization program. Determines the stakeholders impacted by the program and drives the overall communications and positioning strategy for the program in partnership with senior leadership. Will work with internal and external stakeholders including FHFA, Freddie Mac, CSS(CSP) to coordinate Securitization related topics and attendance at Industry engagement activities. Engage with Corporate Communications to leverage existing internal and external corporate communication processes/strategies (webinars, blogs, etc) and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with enterprise initiatives. Supervises the collection and publishing of newsletter and road show content for both program driven communications, plus contributes to enterprise communications about Securitization. Partner with Regulatory Affairs to facilitate proper approvals for presentations and manage internal and external Talking Points. Will drive the online content strategy and maintain the operations to ensure that online content remains relevant and fresh. Partner with internal teams to centralize weekly production of internal and external status reporting and other weekly publications. Responsible for partnering with internal groups to gather and validate content for the successful delivery of training related to Securitization development (Boot-camps). KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Apply a strong bias for execution and the ability to translate strategy into action in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the program communications plan which includes multiple ongoing projects in support of major, corporate strategic initiatives. Serve as central coordinating body between internal and external partners, using strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills to ensure parties are appropriately informed, engaged and driving desired communication results in support of strategic initiatives. Ensure that program communications is aligned with organizational communications and appropriate stakeholders have the right level of information at the right time. Assess time sensitive issues, develop solutions, and coordinate the implementation of those resolutions in order to meet overall program goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms to monitor success of communications plan on the stakeholder communities and ensure alignment with overall program goals. Oversee the development, implementation, and documentation of communications processes that can be applied cross-functionally, ensuring adherence to corporate and business unit standards and procedures. Report to senior management on the communications plans progress and results. Develop and drive the Boot Camp content to be used to level-set all members of the team on the program objectives, deliverables. Plan, document, and manage the performance of subordinate managers and/or staff. Provide for professional or technical growth through assignment, mentoring, or training. May plan and manage the unit's budget. Approve expenditures or budget transfers. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
