Our client, an organization in South Jersey specialized in providing highly skilled personnel to the
education
industry, seeks a talented Recruiter to join their team!
The Recruiter would be responsible for high volume recruitment and staffing for educational professionals and paraprofessionals nationwide (power staffing)
Duties:
Source, screen and interview candidates for openings nationwide
Perform on-boarding for newly hired staff
Attend career fairs, job fairs, and recruiting
events
locally and regionally (travel involved)
Assist with recruitment for Corporate openings
Experience & Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years experience recruiting for high volume openings regionally or nationally (30
requisitions)
Previous experience with high volume recruitment ramp ups required - opening new sites, new offices, etc.
Must be able to travel 50%.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little direction
Excellent drive, professionalism, attention to detail and superior communication skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
