Collaborate with our business and technology partners, establish the enterprise data management initiatives to support achievement of business and technology partners? goals across the enterprise. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Coordinate with business partners, technical partners, and representatives from other organizations to understand and evaluate their requirements regarding data. Manage initiatives focused on implementing enterprise data management capabilities. Align enterprise data management activities with industry best practices. Develop metrics associated with core job functions, focusing on business value. Manage staff of data management professionals. Align data management efforts/initiatives directly to providing business value. Provide opportunities for continual development of staff?s skills and expertise in the data management area. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 8 years of related experience SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Experience in implementing and executing upon strategic data management plans, refining the strategy as necessary to support business goals. Development and execution of performance management plans to monitor performance of strategic initiatives, programs, and projects in order to ensure business value is captured. Experience managing and facilitating a Data Stewardship program Understanding of data management strategies and a passion for learning and implementing industry-leading tools and techniques such as Big Data, Cloud Computing, etc. Ability to identify and manage a large number of key stakeholders in the development and execution of the Data Management Office's strategic plan. Excellent communication skills to drive the strategic messaging of the Data Management Office's overall strategy and translate to business priorities. Knowledge of organizational change management principles to sustain enterprise-wide changes sponsored by the Data Management Office. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
