Summary Helps to plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to support the growth and expansion of NIC's products and
services
with particular focus on the NIC MAP Data and Analysis Service by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and execute subscribers and prospect communications including email campaigns, webinar invitations, surveys, data releases, newsletters and new product announcements.
Conduct market research and surveys.
Assist with creation and coordination of sales and marketing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, post cards, etc.
Review specification sheets, obtain and prepares bid, and act as liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings.
Maintain inventory of photo work, artwork, and maintain marketing collateral, archive files, and sample files.
Manage related website updates.
Maintain integrity of NIC's data platforms.
Assist in the development, implementation, and tracking of lead nurturing campaigns and sales initiatives.
Update and maintain subscriber and prospect database and generate lists and counts for direct marketing projects.
Assist Writer in developing editorial content for industry publications.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in marketing, business or related field and three to five years' experience within the Capital Markets, data service or commercial
real estate
sectors; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong copywriting and editing skills and excellent organization, project management, time management and attention to detail.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; Contact Management systems; Database software; and Internet software; knowledge of Cvent, Salesforce and marketing automation platform a plus. Experience utilizing social media tools including Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
