Great company in North Phoenix is seeking to fill multiple openings for the inbound call department. This
position
requires an organized, self-motivated, process driven professional who is an effective communicator with expertise in delivering exceptional client service. Armed with a passion for helping people, using their keen insight into people and refined ?soft skills?, this position is able to proficiently handle a high volume of prospective and current client incoming phone calls and walk ins that need guidance regarding non-traditional investment processing. This position requires strong multi-tasking skills, effective listening skills with the ability to effectively orchestrate a variety of deadline driven tasks.
Duties:
Cheerfully answer incoming phone calls within the first three rings
Deliver a warm and comfortable personalized client transaction experience by communicating knowledge with confidence
Serve as knowledgeable resource for client inquiries professionally guiding them through transaction processes, procedures, and statuses either by phone or in person
Build relationships with clients by asking probing questions to anticipate their needs and prepare them for the next steps including directing them to online VTool tutorials, checklists, and flowcharts
Work with a sales mentality by recognizing the potential for additional client business or potential new business by inviting clients/potential clients to asking for client testimonials, referrals

Requirements:
Experience handling a high volume of incoming phone calls
Previous IRA,
real estate
, investment, or financial
services
experience
A minimum of 2 years? experience in client service
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
Solid communication and relationship building skills that facilitate effective interactions with internal and external clients
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work with a sense of urgency while multi-tasking to meet deadlines


Full Time, Temp to hire, 8:30-5:00pm, $13.00hr, great company for a career mind individual

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
