Description:
Work with functional users and user groups to gather, refine, and document system requirements to enhance JDE EnterpriseOne functionality based on approved User Requirements.
Must be capable of thoroughly analyzing User Requirements and presenting efficient solutions to users and gaining approval before effecting changes.
Must follow established Project Management procedures and produce all required Project Documentation (Requirements Specification, Functional and Technical Design documents, Turnover Documentation, Test cases and plans, etc.).
Must be capable of Coding, Unit Testing and working with all functional areas to co-ordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing of ERP enhancements if and when required.
Must ensure that all development work adheres to established development/process standards.
Provide Functional Support for enterprise applications as needed.
Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
Required:
Must possess a minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior developer level with a fully integrated JDE EnterpriseOne 8.12 system or higher in an iSeries environment.
Must have experience using the EnterpriseOne programming toolset including Forms Design (all or most Form types), Report Design (All Report types), BI Publisher, Table Conversion, JDE C Business Functions/ NER and Z-File Processing.
Must possess a high skill level in with Event Rule and C Business Function Debugging to investigate and fix technical issues.
Must have working knowledge of Data Dictionary, UDC Table, Vocabulary Overrides, Table Design, Business View Design, Data Structure Design, Cross Reference Utility and E1 Scheduler.
Good working knowledge of SQL on the IBM iSeries.
Bachelor's Degree;
computer
Science degree preferred.
JDE EnterpriseOne Technical Training.
25% Travel (both domestic and International).
Must possess reasonable knowledge of ERP modules - Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Accounting, Inventory, EDI and related table structures.
Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to communicate with external parties (hosting, etc.) involved in the development process to insure smooth implementation of changes.
Must be a hands-on individual, able to multi-task, able to train quickly on new technologies and assume various positions on the project teams. Dual functional / technical skills in an individual are a plus.
Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.
Preferred:
Fluency in Spanish would be a plus.
T-SQL would be a plus.
EDI Co-ordination skills will be a plus.
