Responsible for carrying out varied and responsible work in the Human Resources Department, such as in compensation and benefit administration, recruitment and employment activities, performance evaluation, regulatory compliance, policies and procedures, labor relations, safety and health, and organizational development. Looking for someone with strong recruiting experience.

Recruiting experience in a fast paced environment and in high volume recruiting
Strong MS skills (esp. Excel)
Strong communication skills
ATS (TALEO) experience is preferred
Bilingual (Japanese) candidate preferred but not necessary
They would handle the following:
Scheduling: Solid ability to manage time effectively to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and maintaining all schedules.
Invoicing
Prescreening candidates over the phone
New Hire Onboarding/Orientation
Performance Review and Improvement Process
Sending correspondences
employee
Communications
TALEO management
Reporting: Advanced attention to detail; ability to produce written documents, charts, and quantitative analysis with minimal direction.
Current PHR or SPHR designation desired.
Experience in training and development, organizational development, or human resources management desired.
Solid knowledge and an advanced understanding of compliance issues associated with human resources.
Pay: Commensurate with experience
