The software developers shape and deliver technology in an agile approach to evolve the needs of:

Responsibilities
: Efficiently create technology that meets acceptance criteria in adherence to the SDLC
: Ensure code is well designed and of quality
: Ensure that code is compliant with standards
: Support testing activities and correct identified defects
: Document integration requirements and design
: Investigate, learn, absorb, and put to use new technologies
Position Requirements
: Has a
computer
Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar degree from one of the nation's top universities
: Is familiar with Object-Oriented development, with specific experience in C#, .NET
: 3
years of professional experience in a software development environment
: Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
: Highly intelligent, self-driven individual with a strong foundation of common sense
: High degree of technical curiosity and a real passion for technology and solving hard problems
: Is personable, open, and engaging, with a customer-facing attitude
: Feels comfortable giving and receiving criticism, self-managing, and taking charge when needed
: Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that demands quick turnaround for mission critical technical solutions
