We are currently hiring for General Manager in the Charlotte market:
Responsible for the overall financial health and guest satisfaction of restaurant. Dedicated to operational excellence by aligning performance measures to support the achievement of company and unit goals. Maintaining a high-energy, high performing store where people want to work. General Managers provide leadership, coaching and direction to both the management team and hourly staff members to improve operations and increase sales and profit for the store.
Works hand-in-hand with Regional Manager
Management of all our company standards
Responsible for financial results of the store
Successfully executes company initiatives to the lowest level
Able to provide professional development of management team
Must be able to select and motivate restaurant managers and hourly staff memebersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
