They have hired SnapDragon Associates, to recruit a Territory Sales Professional who will focus their efforts calling on retail lumber yards in a territory consisting of the North Shore of MA, Southern NH and Southern ME. Experience in specialty lumber products such as siding, roofing, decking, railing and alternative trim, is a must. The successful candidate will enjoy a compensation plan which rewards his/her successes. Heavily weighted to commissions, there is a salary with incentives for reaching goals. Qualified candidates will have experience with specialty building materials, specifically lumber, panels, decking, siding, trim and millwork!!

Overview:
Responsible for growing sales in specific geographic territory selling building products to building supply centers, lumber yards, home centers. Responsible for soliciting new customer sales and promoting
new products with builders and architects to achieve pull through business.
Position Responsibilities & Requirements:
-Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders
-Travels with dealer reps to job sites to do product take offs on site, or according to architect plans
-Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
-Works closely with inside sales representatives, buyers and product managers
-Coordinates and performs customer training
-Investigates and resolves customer problems
-Attends trade shows
Salary commensurate with experience and will include additional earnings from commission. Benefits include car allowance, paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, and 401k
