User Experience (UX) Designer - Agency

The Creative Group's (TCG) client is looking for a UX designer to join a multifaceted team of researchers, visual/UX designers, and developers. User Experience designers are to collaborate with the team to define opportunities and to craft the information architecture and interaction models for a wide range of project types, including responsive websites, web applications, mobile applications, and other interactive experiences. Role is approximately 75% user experience and 25% visual design time.
Key Responsibilities
o Work to understand the complex systems, processes, and problems that stakeholders and customers experience, both software-based and in the real world of people.
o Visualize solutions with digital tools, whiteboard markers, paper, pens, and prototypes.
o Create a variety of internal and external deliverables, including competitive reviews and analysis, conceptual diagrams, site maps, interaction flows, storyboards, mental models, user personas, wireframes, visual design mockups, user experience guides, and detailed functional specifications.
o Develop content strategies and related deliverables such as content audits, content inventories, content models, editorial guidelines and editorial workflows.
o Collaborate with clients, communicate persuasively, and resolve issues.
o Participate in client workshops, presentations, and meetings.
o Gain insight from qualitative research to define audience scenarios as a guide for design.
o Collaborate with developers to develop solutions and test interactions.
Requirements
o 2
years experience (new graduates will also be considered).
o Superb information design skills and an understanding of interface and interaction design principles.
o A college degree in design-related field (or proven experience doing research or user experience design work).
o A portfolio that demonstrates your approach to projects as well as your thought process.
o Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
o Ability to create excellent deliverables including detailed page schematics, sketches, interaction flows, site maps, navigation systems, and web-appropriate writing.
o Visual design skills.
o Familiarity with technical issues and ability to work constructively with developers.
o Comfort with both solving problems independently and collaborating for idea generation.
o Strong writing, presentation, and visualization skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
o A great attitude and ability to handle change.
o A successful track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
