The Recruiting Coordinators will be assisting Recruiters through the hiring process by providing specific operations and project driven support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Responsiblities will include: Arrange/Coordinate Candidate Interview Activities, Offer Letter Preparation, Preparing Welcome Kits, Expense Reimbursement, Relocation Coordination, Travel Arrangements, Talent Acquisition Phone Line, Centralized Mailbox support. Responsiblities may also include College and
executive
Recruiting support.

Qualifications:
- Two or more years of related experience.
- Eighteen months of customer service experience.
- Insurance knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows based software applications, specifically in Microsoft Outlook calendaring function.
- Excellent time management skills.
- High degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Expert attention to detail.
Education:
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Some college preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
