DataStaff is currently seeking to fill a vacancy for a Technical Recruiter at our office here in Raleigh, NC. We currently offer a competitive benefits package. DataStaff is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This individual will work with other recruiters, as a team, to fill contract positions for our clients. We are looking for someone to:
Source candidates through various sources (web,
employee
referrals, internal database, etc.)
Thoroughly pre-screen candidates to IT industry standards
Schedule applicant activities and coordinate
job
offers with managers
Manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the nation
Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meet client needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Excellent PC skills required
Must have knowledge of internet sourcing techniques and applicant tracking software
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and operate with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
2 years of temporary staffing/recruiting experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
