services
to large, medium and small employers on a national and international basis. Their attorneys assist employers in complying with I-9 obligations and federal and state E-Verify requirements, obtaining approval for foreign personnel to work in the U.S. and for U.S. personnel to travel and work abroad by providing services that include obtaining temporary business visitor visas, NAFTA visas, non-immigrant visas for intra-company transferees, treaty trader and investor visas, temporary skilled worker visas, as well as providing permanent residency and naturalization services. The firm represents employers before the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service on a variety of issues including compliance, inspections, investigations and penalties. The successful candidate will have more than 3 years of AmLaw firm experience, a JD from a top 25 law school and be licensed to practice law in
north carolina

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
