Special Counsel in Charlotte is helping its large international client fill their Assistant General Counsel-Compliance role. This position will exclusively practice in the company's compliance program and will assist in the development of training programs, establishing performance standards and managing the program. This position will report directly to the GC, Deputy GC and other Senior Management. The hired attorney will manage the compliance process, including document various contracts and agreements related to the program. The candidate must have at least 3 years as a Compliance Officer or comparable big law firm experience. Additionally, candidates must have a JD from a top regional law school, be licensed to practice law in
north carolina
