We are currently seeking candidates for an experienced CPA Audit
manager
in Las Vegas,
nevada
.
Manages full audit, review and compilation cycles, including planning, field work, and supervision of staff with limited supervision from partner
Assumes responsibility for efficiently planning, training, supervising and completing larger, multiple and complex engagements
Reviews engagement work papers, resolves any problems and keeps the partner informed
Prepares meaningful and well-written recommendations for inclusion in client correspondence
Understands the clients' businesses, including significant tax,
accounting
and
management
issues
Understands recent tax developments and their implications to a client's business
Maintains
expert
knowledge in GAAP and GAAS
Skillfully prepares complex client and tax agency correspondences
Mentor staff through efficient delegation, instruction and as a discussion leader in educational programs
Is proficient in the preparation and review of complex corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns
Effectively supervises and trains less experienced staff to prepare returns.
Understands the clients' business, while maintaining a strong comprehension of recent tax developments and their implication on clients' companies
Requirements: (Candidates MUST have experience in ALL requirements to be considered)
Management positions must be a CPA
Management must have a minimum of five (5) year's of experience in public accounting from a Big 4
Must have Tax software experience
