Qualifications: - Must have experience in at least one deployment project (no exceptions) - 1-2 years experience in desktop support - Deployment, migration and troubleshooting experience highly preferred - Should have background and knowledge in various deployment methods - Experience in desktop hardware, operating system, applications and peripheral device deployment and troubleshooting - Basic understanding on Windows AD and Networking technologies - Should be able to speak to SCCM/WAIK/MDT - Knowledge in Microsoft Assessment and Planning (MAP) and Application Compatibility Testing (ACT) tools required - Experience in image building process - Knowledge and experience of customer service practices - Preferred MCP/MCIT certifications - Good communication skills Dallas-based CompuCom Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of end-user enablement, service experience management, and cloud technology
