Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will be responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments to GL, cash application credit memos and adjustments. Daily duties include heavy phone activity and
computer
use, as well as filing and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals.
Requirements:
3-5 years of A/R background
Strong computer skills including Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Bachelors or Associates degree in accounting desired but not mandatory
