The Automation QA Analyst will p articipate in Quality Assurance process improvement initiatives. Assist in the standardization of Quality Assurance methodology and environments. Participate in the test planning process for assigned projects in the software life cycle from inception through implementation. Responsibilities- Implement Quality Assurance standards and controls necessary to achieve clean software releases to production. - Work with software developers on the design and specification of features. - Develop and execute thorough test plans in a timely and efficient manner and automate for all areas of the product. - Assist in Automation and provide fill-in role. - Write easy-to-understand test case steps and expected result descriptions. - Design, Develop Selenium Java scripts for expected result sets. - Critically think about how clients will interact with the software being tested and turn those thoughts into finding bugs, listing action items, and opening avenues of discussion. - Participate in Project Communication between client executives, development and production control. - Customer Focused; Detail-orientated individual - Strong Individual Contributor and ability to work well as part of a team - Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility - Adaptable, flexible, and resourceful Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in

Science, Engineering, or a similarly-related technical discipline. - 3-5 years prior experience in Quality Assurance. - 1 years hands-on experience in Selenium web driver - 1 years writing hands-on experience in Java a plus (.Net/C# okay) - Experience in OOP code design, coding, testing and debugging techniques - Experience in Web Test Automation, using Selenium Webdriver 2 framework Java - Hands-on experience with MSSQL/ Oracle (other mainstream RDBMSs are a plus) - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, an ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities - Hands-on experience with code version systems like SVN - Experience automating Performance tests - Strong knowledge of QA methodology, and software development life cycle - Excellent written and oral communications skills and a high degree of self-motivation and flexibility. - Knowledge and experience with AGILE - Ability to interact creatively and achieve results - Experience in a transactional environment.
