. Live On-site Management Team Wanted. Seeking a dynamic team to manage an Apartment Complex & Self Storage Facility.Compensation includes a nice, modern 1 Bedroom apartment plus salary and bonuses.The successful applicants will possess
computer
skills, an understanding and ability to work with QuickBooks and Excel. Knowledge of Sentenial Systems a plus, but not mandatory.To be able to manage and budget the finances of the properties. Collect rents, manage and solve tenant issues, collections, evictions, as well as being able to handle the hands-on maintenance (handyman/maintenance) duties. Must have a positive attitude, be a self-motivator and personable, yet know how to be firm and in control when necessary. Will be required to manage the apartment complex of 48 units as well as the 255 unit storage facility adjacent to the apartments. This is a smaller complex and storage facility. The apartment complex was completely upgraded in 2010 and is currently running at 95% occupancy. Looking for long term relationship with personable, honest, hardworking couple to work in and with out of state owners that appreciates their employees and works closely with the management team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
