QA Engineer/SQL/ETL Growing, extremely profitable company has an immediate need for a Senior QA Analyst on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will test one of the company's key products; it is all manual testing and very heavy on the SQL and data validation sides. Skills in these areas are mandatory. Responsibilities: - Develop SQL queries/carry out and validate on several data transforms - Design and carry out testing for the ETL process - Analyze specifications and data models; develop cases - Handle software testing process as part of daily tasks - Learn the company's business needs, terms, and quickly be able to offers suggestions and areas of improvement Requirements: - 6 years QA working with software products - Back End SQL expert and skilled with report/data validation - Can create test plans with test coverage for SQL apps - SSRS/SSIS experience; Client Server application testing - Strong functional expertise regarding apps in MS SQL - Dig into the software and work closely with developers - Top communication skills - writing and speaking are very important. - Problem solver, independent worker, fast paced.
