services
to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates. - Executes the pre-employment screening process (background checks, drug/medical screens) - Processes offer letters and approval processes as required - Processes and finalizes the candidate data for onboarding by hiring managers. - Performs administrative duties as required including document processing, database updates, issuing correspondence, data tracking and reporting What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize, utilizing and/or seeking additional resources to deliver high productivity with attention to detail to meet quality and cycle time metrics. - Demonstrated ability to anticipate, solution, and escalate issues - utilizing strong analytical and judgment skills for decision making. - Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to new or changing processes, work tasks, work/team structures. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating and assisting other team members as needed. - Demonstrated system proficiency in Microsoft Excel, case management tools, and databases - Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Taleo preferred. - Knowledgeable in HR policies, practices and processes Get Hired, Apply Now!
