Responsibilities: Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years kitchen management experience in a high volume/high energy environment.- Hands on and lead by example management style.- Must have a strong attention to detail as well as excellent leadership skills.- Ensures that product quality, freshness and presentation always meet company standards and uphold outstanding timely service.- Monitor and improve food and labor cost systems.- Place food and supply orders- Complete line-checks to ensure all stations are stocked with necessary equipment.- Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the kitchen area.- Maintain a clean and organized back of the house operation.- Maintain the correct par level of dry goods for the bar.- Manage scheduling for back of house staff.- Motivate, supervise and

kitchen staff members.- Ensure superior quality of recipes and portions control.- Analyze P and L statements.- Professional presentation and demeanor.- Strives to make a positive environment and provide outstanding dining experience.
