Summary:
Responsible for machine maintenance and working with engineers to perform timely repairs, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of facility equipment.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and repairing the following types of automated and manufacturing equipment:
Robotic MIG Welding
Automatic CNC Equipment
Pneumatic Torque Guns
Automatic Transfer Lines
Automatic Drilling Stations
Bending Press and Dies
Automatic Saw Cutting & Tumbling Machines
PLC's (Siemens and Allen Bradley) Electrical Controls
Pneumatic and Hydraulic Fixtures
Miscellaneous Plant Equipment
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma and/or GED required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment
Valid driver's license
Experience maintaining spare parts inventories
Operation and programming of general maintenance machinery (lathes, band saws, mills, etc.)
Daily production reporting experience
Required to be work both on teams and individually as neededEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
