Sterling Heights, MI - Lumen Legal is working with a corporate client who is in need of an experienced attorney for a direct hire position. This person will join the company as Director of Litigation Support.
Ideal candidates will have 5
years of expert testimony experience in Federal and State courts, depositions, mediation, and arbitration settings. Candidates should also be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, commercial damages, family law, shareholder disputes, intellectual property infringement, and/or business valuation in a litigious setting.
Candidates must be actively licensed to practice in good standing in at least 1 U.S. jurisdiction and hold one or more of the following: CPA, ABV, CFA, ASA, and/or CVA.
This position requires full time hours and all work will be completed on-site at the client's Sterling Heights office.
