ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the current SFDC Cloud instance. This hands-on role is focused on identifying, planning, designing, coding, implementing, testing, deploying and maintaining Salesfore.com features and functions in response to business needs. The SFDC Developer must communicate well with all business units and users, who have varying technical abilities. The SFDC Developer will work with the business to gain an understanding of the requirements and translate them into solutions that are extendable, maintainable, and IPAD Compatible. The SFDC Developer will work independently and will manage an off-shore contracted team who will assist with all development.

Major responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
Support and maintain current Sales Cloud instances and Force.com pages.
Administration function such as page layouts, profiles, security, and pick lists.
Assess the impact of proposed changes to other process areas and systems and recommend alternative solution choices, determining trade-offs and impact analysis.
Resolve issues, design (or re-design) custom objects or code using APEX, force.com and Visual force.
Integrate Salesforce and other third party solutions and plug-ins.
Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows and alerts.
Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems.
Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve code issues and bugs.
Complete bulk imports of data.
Batch reassignment of accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes.
Recommend best practices.
Recommend, implement, test and deploy Visual force pages.
Recommend, implement, test and deploy Apex
classes
and triggers.
Coordinate with and manage off site development team
Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner;
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements (patient files and personal information)



PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visual force development.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce Object Query language (SOQL).
Ability to work as part of team and independently
Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Accounting and Marketing issues.
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to handle highly confidential information

Ability to work in a team
Ability to work independently

Preferred:

Healthcare/HIPAA Security experience

years C# development experience, and 2
year's web application development experience, including solid experience with C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Experience with jQuery
Experience with and knowledge of STARK laws
Experience with Vendor Management
Dev401/501 Certification


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years related experience in Information Systems or
computer
Science OR
High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years related experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
