sales manager
. The Inside Sales Manager motivates and guides the inside sales team to attainment of sales objectives. This key individual will develop a team and implement sales strategies in an effort to increase sales of products and/or
services
to new and existing customers within the graphic arts industry.

Duties and
Responsibilities:

Effectively manage internal sales team and provide coaching and advice to solve complex customer/vendor problems; responsible for planning, monitoring and appraising individual and team results.
Verifying that Inside Sales Specialists are doing follow-up on leads generated by, but not limited to, business development activity, trade shows, internet inquiries, and vendor partners.
Help Inside Sales Specialists to design and implement prospecting and sales strategies which includes, conducting an analysis of target accounts, customer requirements and identifying the decision-makers of each organization for the purpose of securing business of target accounts.
Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success.
Foster relationships among members of various departments and locations in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
Contribute ideas for revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices.
Track Inside Sales Specialist's customer activity within CRM.
Reviews all records of business transactions, and verifies new customer data and other sales data for current customers utilizing CRM.
Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the team.
Participate in client interactions to ensure cross training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Will need to sell/maintain some key accounts as well as manage team.
Assists with other duties as directed by management.



Qualifications:

Required:
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
Demonstrated management experience, prefer someone with related experience in sales or customer service management.
Superior problem solving skills. Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong
computer
skills, including use of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in implementing inside sales model
Previous experience developing and leading a team of inside sales professionals; including hiring new personnel, training new personnel, and managing the execution of key productivity metrics.
Previous experience identifying best practices and associated technologies for an inside sales team.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
