Applications Solutions Architect Post Sales Architecture for complex Applications. Serve as the Technical Lead on contracts working closely with the Project Manager(s). Expertise needed in systems integration. Have a complete understanding of the contractual requirements included in the contract and statement of work (SOW) and the technical solution being delivered. - Participate in customer kickoff meetings, execute a gap analysis identifying contract and requirement discrepancies, and then work with the project manager and customer for resolution. - Identify and work with key stakeholders both externally and internally in order to define and document all requirements for the contracted solution, including hands on expertise for system integration deliverables. - Establish and maintain positive relationships throughout customer functional areas for successful collaboration and the building of resource pool. - Prepare and execute test plans for all system integration items. - Lead technical issues and provide necessary feedback and information for issue resolution as it relates to integration defects. - Work closely with project manager on leading the project from a technical perspective and drive for successful deployment and project closure. SKILLS: Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent work experience. - 10 years in multiple IT disciplines: Operating systems, databases, networking, MSSQL Scripting, hardware and software troubleshooting. - 10 years experience designing and deploying complex systems - Familiar with XML and other languages. - Systems integration experience with disparate systems and products. - Must have excellent communication skills both verbal, written and presentation. - Problem solving and working with teams must be second nature. - Project Management experience in order to establish integration plan identifying all technical interdependent tasks in support to the overall project schedule. - Public Safety Domain experience a plus - Knowledge working with multiple functional areas, such as: Dispatch, Mobile, Law Records and Jail operation a plus. REQUIRED: The selected candidate must have IT-II certification and already possess either a Secret or higher clearance or NACLC. Ideally they will also have DISA Networking Clearance. The NACLC is approximately equivalent to confidential/Secret clearance for DoD. The IT-II requires at least one of the following
