Fun work environment with awesome owners this company has grown into a multimillion dollar corporation and needs a savvy controller to maintain their Accounting department. Over the years they have worked closely with clients and have demonstrated an ability to provide environmentally friendly products for a greener future.
About the
position
- Controller
Examples of duties include but not limited to:
Prepare monthly financial statements for management review and consolidations of financials for several divisions., which include:
Participate in the management of a financially stable $12
million family owned and operated specialty construction business.
Supervision of a two person accounting staff
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable oversight and reconciliation.
Daily cash management review, including vendor and customer interface.
Review of in-house payroll and payroll taxes.
Utilization, report creating and continual development of Timberline software throughout the organization.
Budget development and subsequent comparison reporting to actual with departmental managers.
Bank reconciliation
Assist with purchasing and Inventory reconciliation
Close
job
cost, general ledger and payroll modules in Timberline regularly.
Year- end financial review with CPA's.
Prepare and review sales and commission reports monthly.
Light bookkeeping for Interstate Development,LLC
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or related field
Timberline Experience
Supervision experience
4-6 years construction industry
Ability to work in a fast paced and family oriented environment
Compensation
Competitive Salary with discretionary profit sharing and bonus, health benefits and flexibility
