KEY JOB ELEMENTS
- Provide Quality Engineering supervision
- Support comprehensive Quality Management and Quality Operating System Strategy
- Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives (quality, cost/scrap, delivery, etc.)
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in regard to timely addessing issues, finding solutions, establishing prevention tools, and following up with the customer
- Represent the Company in its communications with customers
- Company policies followed
- Train and educate appropriate personnel
- Special projects and assignments
Qualifications

EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
o BS/BA degree in business or engineering (engineering preferred).
o Advanced verbal/written communication, human relations and organizational skills.
o Advanced
computer
skills.
o Advanced problem solving skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
