Maintenance Mechanic Must have some sort of automotive heavy press
Experience: Salary : TBD relocation will be assisted by our client Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs and adjustments of production machinery and equipment, including preventative maintenance. Knowledge and Skills (Education):- Must be able to read and write in English - 3 - 4 years experience in similar role - Punch Press experience - Ability to work independently and draw from experience with minimal supervision - Ability to problem solve and follow standardized practices and procedures - Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC - Must have Forklift and Crane certification Major Accountabilities:- Service of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment, include the following: Replacement and adjustment of conveyors, cylinders, drive belts, couplings, bearings, shafts, pumps, directional values, sensors and chutes Lubrication and oil change- Complete preventative maintenance activities as per schedule - Completion of work orders as per defined priority -

of production and Toolroom machinery in a timely manner - Ensure proper labeling of equipment and panels - Responsible to maintain good housekeeping on work area and machine parts - Abide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Working Conditions:- 100% plant floor (PPE required) - Frequent requirement of handling heavy equipment (operation) - Frequent need to give concentrated attention to surroundings Decision Making and Authority:- Decision Making: Response to production requirements, set priorities- Recommendations: Cost Savings, Quality and Safety- Quantitative Measurables: All assigned Preventative maintenance tasks Daily monitoring of approximately 50 machines Back-up Duties:- Perform other duties as required MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
