The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: - Procures laboratory equipment and reagents - Maintains current procedures related to Laboratory Operations via PILGRIM - Safety Leadership What You'll Be Doing: - Oversees laboratory operation and ensures job functions are satisfied - Designs studies for special analytical projects to satisfy customer needs - Participates in problem solving and assists with solutions to system related problems with distribution systems through analytical trending, special experimental studies - Uses analytical and problem-solving skills to solve customer problems related to chemicals and contamination in the customer's manufacturing process - Responsible for technical and technical training for chemists, laboratory technicians, and service technicians - Interfaces with internal and external customers on laboratory concerns or data reporting - Responsible for evaluation, interpretation, verification of analytical data - Serves as the Chemical Hygiene Officer for the laboratory and ensures laboratory employees are aware of the methods of protecting themselves from chemical hazards. - Reports to the Site
