Supervisor needed for fulfillment center.
Required:
2-3 years Production experience; at least 1 year as a Lead
Ability to evaulate a situation, identify a problem, and make logical decisions to resolve issues
Attention to detail
Ability to follow directions
Understand production and assembly protocols and standards and apply to various types of projects
ability to train, supervise, and coach employees
Excellent communication. Ability to communicate with management as well as production line staff
Bonus
Experience:
At least one year warehouse experience
Forklift experience
Raw material staging
Finished Goods experience
Pick and Pack
Shipping and Receiving
Must have 2 years direct supervisory experience of at least 5 team members. May supervise up to 50 for short term projects.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
