The Configuration Analyst is responsible for delivering application support and the planning, discovery, design, configuration, and deployment.
The Configuration Analyst will combine strong technical and functional problem solving skills with a keen business sense to deliver top notch support.
KEY
Responsibilities:
Collaborative consultation with the team, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
Apply Functional and Technical expertise to effectively execute requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external client, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of the time and attendance management system
Leveraging strong analytical and problem solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents
Providing internal partners with regular and timely incident updates
Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction
Reproducing and resolving Application defects
Contributing to the support knowledgebase
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree in
computer
Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
Solid understanding of Application Development (1 to 2 years) and Systems Administration (3 to 5 years)
Extraordinary problem solving skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot problems to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions
Proven ability to document requirements, issues, and outcomes
Excellent organization, communication and collaboration skills
Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Dynamics CRM are strongly desired.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
