Boise call center needs several outgoing, professional, goal-oriented individuals for their upcoming class. Position is a six month contract with a possibility of extending. $12 per hour the first 60 days, then an increase to $13 per hour.
Duties:
Take inbound calls to make travel arrangements for clients, including air, car,
hotel, travel insurance, and activities.
Meet established Key Performance Objectives
Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may have
experienced
Document activities and comments into database
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate
Typing speed must exceed 30 wpm
strong communication skills
previous call center experience preferred
travel or hospitality experience preferred
Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and a 10 panel drug
screen
Must be shift flexible
Must have a good work ethic and no previous problems with attendance and
punctuality
