The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: - Ideal candidates would have prior production and investigation experience, with GMP knowledge. What You'll Be Doing: - Perform discrepancy investigations for manufacturing process deviations per standard procedures. - Produce clear and concise reports for review by Quality and potentially government agencies. - Review product impact cause and corrective actions. - Participate in Cross-functional investigations, communicate/collaborate with QA, QC, QCEM, validation, facilities, engineering, and other manufacturing groups. - Complete discrepancy reports in a timely manner to support product release. - Identify corrective/preventive actions addressing root cause of discrepancies to prevent re-occurrence. What You Need to Bring to the Table: - Requires a Bachelor of Science Degree with five (5) years of industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry required. - Ability to plan and prioritize complex and conflicting objectives to meet release goals. - Ability to communicate with cross-functional partners to compliance requirements and meet release goals Knowledge of cGMP's and EU regulations. - Must have the ability to understand, read, and write technical information - Able to communicate with coworkers and supervisors - Must be able to work in an independent manner - Must pay attention to detail and effectively manage time - Must be able to analyze and consider the overall impact of our product for internal and external customers.
