Reporting Analyst Strong SSRS report writing - Data mining/data analysis
Responsibilities: - Understand functional business processes and interview end users to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance - Recommend appropriate scope of requirements to BI Team, management, and data owners - Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of patient and provider data (for example, review for accuracy in record merge, unmerge processes) - Analyze reports of data duplicates or other errors to provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication and monthly or daily data reports - Monitor for timely and accurate completion of select data elements - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - In collaboration with others, develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions - Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources - In collaboration with others, develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality - In collaboration with others, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings - Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results - Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports - Create and present quality dashboards, scorecards and cubes - Generate routine and ad hoc reports - Manage and ensure quality and consistent delivery for EDI Encounter transmissions - Perform data cleansing, validation and testing - Train end-users on self-service capabilities
Experience: - Minimum of four (4) years' experience in reporting and analytics such as: key performance measurement, dashboards, user segmentation, test design, modelling and web analytics - Experience with analytics tools - Ability to write basic SQL queries to extract data from databases/ODS - Knowledge and background in data warehousing concepts, design and reporting/analytics - Experience in Agile BI implementations, Agile methodology MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
