Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX, (especially Linux)
Experience implementing J2EE web applications using JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with the following Java/J2EE API's: JDBC, JAXB, iText, and generic XML API's.
Experience with development tools: Eclipse, Jenkins, Ant, Gherkin, Selenium, JUnit.
Experience writing SOAP and REST web
services
that interact with .NET and other non-Java languages.
Soap/Rest - not just API but architectural understanding. Later this year/early next we're going to start moving key functionality to SOA and then potentially the cloud. Right now I'm the only embedded member of my team with good experience with this.
Agile
Experience working in environments with good development practices (CI, Automated Testing, Code Review, Unit Testing, BDD, TDD, etc).
