Job Description:
oMonth end close for a portfolio of properties including balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, accruals, straight line rent and variance analysis
oPost rental charges on tenant statements
oPrepare CAM Reconciliations
oLender reporting and debt service payments
oCommunicate with property managers to manage tenant billing and payments as well as Accounts Payable questions
oFixed Asset Depreciation for property improvements, tenant improvements and lease commissions
o2-3 years of accrual accounting experience and/or industry experience
oBachelor's in Accounting/Finance
oProficient
computer
skills, especially Excel. MRI experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
