Our client is an excellent company that is recognized as being one of the best in their industry. They are seeking a Sr.
financial analyst
that will be the primary financial support for a region of the company.

The key duties of the Senior Financial Analyst will include:
Preparation of monthly financial statements
Maintaining a close working relationship with the regional personnel
Formulating key financial metrics for the region
Provide financial information and guidance to the regional leadership to quantify financial impact of various business decisions.
Preparation of regional income and cash flow projections
Assist with analysis of
land
acquisition opportunities
The ideal candidate for the Sr. Financial Analyst position will possess:
BS in Finance or
accounting
2
years of corporate finance experience
Prior homebuilding, construction, or
real estate
experience is preferred
Experience/working knowledge of profitability analysis, variance & trend analysis, IRR, ROI, cash flow, etc.
Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
Ability to present complex financial concepts in simple terms.
